I have been going to Pamela for the past 5 years and i have nothing but good things to say about my girl. Everytime I have showed her an inspo set picture she has gotten it exactly like the picture and never disappoints. My nails always stay on even after a month and she has always offered me the best and kindest service. I went into an appointment once and even offered me a plate of food which i gladly ate. She is the best nail tech in peekskill and her prices are even affordable and not expensive for what you get from her. If you want the best and cleanest nails come to the ruby nails please, from someone who has been going to her for 5 years straight.

Ruby nails always exceed my expectations! Everyone is so great and friendly ! The quality of the work they do here is outstanding. I’ve been doing my nails with Pamela for years, and the staff she hires have been very great as well. I don’t know why I see negative AI written comments here. As someone who’s been going to Ruby nails for a long time I would recommend this place to anyone who wants long lasting nails. She makes sure you walk out happy with your nails and is always willing to change something if you ask.

I’ve been going to the Ruby nails since April and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with several nail technicians. They are prompt, professional, and positive. Their energy is welcoming and they are very good at what they do.

I should have wrote this a long time ago but just re came across the photos of my nails and realized I should help other people not have this experience. I went to ruby nails multiple times for fills and pedicures. My pedicures were fine no complaints! I also received some good fills. However, the last visit was with the girl who would do my pedicures, I brought a inspo pic which was my own nails from a previous salon before I moved and I wanted the same lavender pearl chrome. The girl doing my nails picked my colors and I trusted her as she is the professional. After she did the chrome on the first nail I told her it didn’t look like what I asked for. And she insisted on doing the full hand. I told her I did not want to continue with the chrome because I genuinely hated it End she stopped the service and I was left With one hand chrome, and one hand purple. When I left the owner, saw my nails, she asked me why I did not to chrome on both hands, and I said it was not what I asked for She then took my payment (Full charged) And proceeded to let me leave her salon looking that way. I ended up calling back and asking for a refund because I was so upset how my nails were done It was absolutely unacceptable. She begrudgingly gave me a refund later that night, but did not seem apologetic In any way.

I’ve been going to Ruby’s Nails for over 5 years and Pamela has always done a great job on my nails. Her salon is always clean and her employees are always polite and professional. The prices are very reasonable and Pamela is very talented, I always leave with beautiful designs! All the girls there are great at nails and I highly recommend Ruby’s Nails!
